Bad service system. I went to redeem my points and their system is total failure. I was told by the staff its nt the 1st time they are encountering similar issue. Why dont you improve your system. I waited so long and asked if their system can detect my redemption, but the staf asked me to wait . Just wait. and ended up, i waited almost 25min and at last told me “our system tak boleh”. Then why wasting my time, or you could have transparent to me and just say we are not sure and hw to fix it. I would have left earlier. Wasted my time there and no solution at the end. YOU REALLY NEED TO STEP UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not going here again. Red flag.

Toilet needs improvement. Tap is old and only 1 tap water low pressure. Renovate the toilet!
