Un buen número de comensales creen que su personal esta bien entrenado. Tal y como muchos usuarios aseguran, el servicio es sofisticado. Pero la mayoría de los visitantes que usan Google no le dieron a Shell una nota muy alta.

They need good staff. The cashiers are very rude and don't answer when you ask for help. This gas station is great, but I've been there several times and the staff is very rude.

Big open parking lot and fuel lanes, easy even with a trailer. No tap pay at the pump. Receipt printer not working, and if you use the fuel rewards it cuts off at 20 gallons. Pumps are very dirty, pump areas trashy. Inside the store smelled bad and the mens was even worse. Filthy.

My husband, our grandson Eedan and I stopped at Shell for gasoline. The large, free parking lot is clean and well-maintained. The store is clean and has a good selection of items available to purchase. Its restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Some of the ladies restroom doors have some severe chipping that requires maintenance, but all of the doors close and lock appropriately. The employees are polite. The huge, free parking lot is clean and well-lit.
