Gone down hill since it been tooken over the shop is fine and some of staff nice but most of them sit on there phones on loud speaker talking to someone in there language while serving you which is very rude

I have been at this petrol station several times. And every time, I found there’s no any disposal gloves at the forecourt. The first time I thought they have run out and then again the second time the same thing.I found out that disposal gloves are only available at the counter which is not convenient for the customer to go and get inside the store, to queue and ask to get it.Disposal gloves not a sweet to be kept & placed inside the store . It’s a necessary item that must be kept in the forecourt . This is not the way business can cut down their business expenses, Maybe only the Shell in Wickham wants to be different!!!!
