This used to be my local top-up location but since they have started turning off the prices on the signage I don't bother and go out of my way to top-up elsewhere. I don't know why they now hide the price, I know it's an expensive location comparatively, but the lack of transparency is disappointing. Otherwise, the staff at the station are friendly and helpful.

A girl with short hair and piercings who works nights is extremely unprofessional. I am sure she doesn't abide by Shell's customer service policy!! These type of people shouldn't be employed by such a well known brand.
