Visited here last weekend to pick up a parcel and was very rudely spoken to. Not only this, but I asked whether I could politely pick up my parcels after sending mine. To which I was asked to wait as there was a long line of customers waiting. Of course I have no issue of this. However my issue was indeed that after waiting 20 minutes we still hadn’t been served to which afterwards was told he was too busy and to come back later. I did this and still was unable to receive my parcel and told it wasn’t there when it has clearly stated in my tracking that it is. Very disappointing service.

Seriously, we were just there. What we experienced there, sorry for the expression: what kind of broken people are running around. The employee seriously couldn't give out change (that was at 1 p.m.) and when there's another customer standing behind you and constantly making insults about the customers as well as about me and a work colleague of mine who was waiting outside. He wanted to call the police about that! Because he misbehaved completely. I/we have never experienced anything like that, but after looking into it it turned out that it wasn't an isolated case. The only thing that surprises us is that the employee on site didn't do anything. It seemed more like he didn't care. About the guy who is completely “fucked up”. Can you argue about that? Whether he was in withdrawal or something else (sick in the head)). No idea, at least we avoid this gas station.
