A random male customer verbally abused me at the pumps for absolutely no reason (beyond him being a nasty person) while I was walking into the shop, and the guy working behind the desk was just amused and implied I was in the wrong somehow!? Nice

The staff in this shell station are really helpful and friendly! I had to use pop in yesterday to ask them something. I had a bad cut on my finger, they very kindly found a plaster for me. The Asian gentleman who work there are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
