I keep coming back because the staff is always very attentive and efficient. Often times they'll have my receipt printed for me before I even get through the door.

Finally go there to check out the Popeyes, gas station workers are nice they're just expensive. I've only been there once where they had a pair of people that just horrible workers other than that everybody else has been great

The whole point of me coming to shell was to use my rewards and for some reason the pump did not work, the the lady reset the Pump made me pay full price for my gas. I would have never got off to pay cash If she was not going to honor my rewards due to a pump issue .... in that case I should have just paid with my card if I would have known that she was not going to honor my reward!!!! Unfortunately the employees seem to not know what she was doing she couldn't handle more than 2 people in A-line thingy to hire more people to help someone who is not fully or properly trained
