Herbert explained to me that the gas prices advertised are for platinum members and I am a regular member I am pretty sure this is false advertising I will reach out to Shell corporate to see and Herbert can explain again I still don’t get it

Went there to meet someone to get my granddaughter and we needed to go to the restroom. I asked if we needed the key because it was locked and the two employees looked at each other as if they both knew they were lying to me. They told us the only restroom working is the men's restroom which had passed all over the seat. NEVER WILL RETURN THERE!!!
