Disappointing Latte at Shell Cafe I recently purchased a latte at Shell Cafe and was quite disappointed with the experience. The drink tasted overwhelmingly of steamed milk with little to no coffee taste at all not what you'd expect from a latte. The whole point of paying for a proper coffee is to enjoy a good coffee and the energy boost that comes with it. Unfortunately, this cup delivered neither. The milk-to-coffee ratio was way off, and it honestly felt like I was drinking warm milk rather than a latte. If the milk portion isn't going to be balanced with a proper espresso shot, perhaps reconsider the recipe altogether. Please do takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of coffee. Thanks.

This is to acknowledge with thanks the good deed of En Adi. Should my coffee at the Costa Machine. The cap was loose and when I tried to take up the coffee by holding the cup, the bottom fell. When I was about to pay, the cashier called one Mr Adi and told him of my predicament. I wanted to pay even I had not taken any drop. Mr Adi was kind enough to replace a cup of coffee from the counter instead, apologising for not being able to give me a replacement of the Costa coffee. It's the small things like this that make a great company. Shell, you are lucky to have someone like Adi. Thank you.
