Absolutely wonderful staff! Toney who works there is such a wonderful person as all the staff but in particular toney really helped me out downloading the shell app didn’t mind the inconvenience of it and got me to use it that day and bcz of him I’m inclined to use it for my personal savings every time I fill. Wonderful man

I have been going to this patrol station for a number of years and to be honest the customer service is not that great. The only person there who always is nice and friendly is the English guy only comes on a Thursday / Wednesday. He is always nice to chat with and knows how to speak to the customers. Also there was a time when my bank card would not work and I told them I will come back to pay. I went back to pay and the Franchise owner says they had sent it over to parking eye. I had a rude letter demanding I pay and also charged me £15 admin fee so I ended up paying £70 including the petrol charge. Also they are far too expensive for petrol / diesel. They are also now changed to co op and it’s expensive. The shell Card when you swipe it you hardly get any money off petrol and you have to spend at least £60 - £70 if you want points. I will be now using Morrisons as they are far more cheaper for petrol and you get better points with the Morrisons more card.
