Night cashier not helpful at all refused to listen to me and decided to get on video call with someone and show my card details to them then goes and shows my face to them which I didn’t approve very angry

Been here 4 times when urgently needed fuel on way home from work and every time I have filled up my engine management light has come on, had a mechanic do a obd done on the car and been told fuel was contaminated, I have to use performance petrol due to me having a Ford focus st. I have been to other shell garages locally and never had this problem. Something is going on.
