This particular Shell gas station does not have the basic decency to post SIGNAGE indicating they don’t offer gas past closing time. They just leave their pumps all open and available for taking credit cards to give you the illusion they’re working. Since sometimes only one pump is out of order, I tried a couple of pumps several times before I quit. I understand not being able to post a sign on each individual pump, but to not have a single sign letting people know that even card transactions are unwelcome after closing hours is inconsiderate, especially in this cold weather.
