En esta gasolinera el servicio al cliente es pésimo, es un lugar muy concurrido pero por ese mismo motivo deberán prestar atención los accionistas en tener personal responsable para que la mantengan trabajando aunque sea en un 50% me a tocado ver hasta 3 pompas cerradas y las demás sin papel para imprimir nuestros tickets, lo que nos quita tiempo porque tenemos que ir a recogerlos adentro además se ve sucia por fuera! Espero ver mejoras pues se encuentra dentro de mi comunidad y el tener esta clase de servicio nos afecta.

Signed up for fuel rewards only for the girl at the register to be rude about why it was not added when it was paid at the register. Not the first time it happens but I guess they're used to stealing from people at this shell. Asked for a manager but luckily for her there was no one there to help me advised to call fuel rewards directly just to speak with a rude Agent named Rose .... definitely a waste of time since all he kept saying was download app and call later just to get me off the phone. Got transferred just to be left on hold since I'm sure they know there's no one available Smh Horrible gas station. Fuel MAAX has way better service than these people if you want to avoid issues with incompetent workers such as these people
