At night, the staff is often sleep, and it's not possible to refuel ! It happened to me five times this year. I've finally finished Shell. I'll fill up at Sainsbury's! (and cheaper).

Staff member on till (Suhil I believe) on his mobile throughout entire transaction, didn’t speak, didn’t ask for payment just busy chatting away on speakerphone 10th December 17:30 if that helps
