Claims to be 24 hours yet when I came in the guy at the cashier locked the door and refused to open. When I knocked and asked why the door is closed, he just kept giving vague facial expressions and nods? The shop was still fully open. If it was closed and only night pay was available he could’ve indicated where I could pay, but he did nothing other than look at me. Very confusing and unpleasant experience

Hi, during off‑peak evening and night hours, most Shell sites are run by a single Customer Assistant. For safety reasons, a closed‑door policy is used, and customers are served only through the night pay window. This may limit the range of available products. We apologise for any inconvenience this essential safety measure may cause.

Very disappointed that Shell has stopped selling LPG, and it still shows up on Google saying they do - can Shell at least do the decent thing and update their Google listings?
