Customer service at this Taco Bell is very poor. Shame on to the manager who manages this place. I bought 4 Black bean chalupa supremes at this place on 04/18/26 at around 11:45 am. The small white looking Mexican worker refused to give me more sausages when I asked for it. I give him back whatever he had already given me. I complained to the TA manager. He said Taco Bell is not under his management. Will not give this place my hard earned money again. Again shame on to the manager who manages this place. U deserved to loose ur job soon. I hope Taco Bell takes note of this. Price per person: $10–20

Seeing that this Taco Bell had to shut down due to sanitation issues says everything that needs to be said. Situations like that don’t happen out of nowhere. They usually come from basic things being ignored over time — employees not wearing gloves, poor hand hygiene, lack of sanitizer stations, and inadequate cleaning of surfaces and equipment. Those standards exist for a reason, especially in a place handling large volumes of food. Even though I’ve never personally eaten here, news of a shutdown over cleanliness is enough to keep me away. When food safety practices slip to the point where a location has to close, it raises serious questions about how things were being run in the first place. Hopefully this serves as a wake-up call for management to take sanitation, training, and food safety much more seriously moving forward. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
