Store does not sell products at advertised price, there is a sign on the door advertising Zyn for 2.69/each when you buy 5. The register rings up at full price no matter what even with rewards and the cashier says there is nothing they can do. This is a dishonest establishment that does not care about its customers.

I have lived in sumrall for 15 years and i have tried and tried with this place and they just dont care. Recently the car wash ate my deluxe carwash money. I walked in had to come back another day . Manager says thats not their carwash long story short im out 10 bucks. They have pretty decent food and i love the potato logs IF they have time to wait on you. I have been met with rudeness a few times . I am in retail i try to understand everyone has bad days and you cant be a butterfly all the time. Even still there are ways to do things . This morning I dropped in for potato logs for son before school. Same time as yesterday when i discovered they in fact cooked them this early. I waited patiently at the breakfast counter even as she checked out people who came in behind me however as it got about my turn she did acknowledge me and tell me she would be right with me. I asked do you have any logs this morning, to save her and me time if not. She said it will be 15 min. I asked my son if that was fine. He said cool i told her no problem we could wait. 10 min later the other cashier asked her what are they waiting on as we sat at one of their tables inside to which she replied potato logs when i get time to do them. With a sense of no urgency as she went back and forth making biscuits for the cabinet. I ask would they still be done in the fifteen minutes or is that once you start them . She ignored me the other cashier ask me what and i was irritated by this time put my things back and told them there were other places to eat it's ok. Other places has less expensive gas in town and food. Another just opened a station. Go where they at least pretend to care. No one should sacrifice quality for care and service. They do have the best potatoes in town but go where the service is.
