Lo único que puede defraudarte cuando vengas a Shell se refiere a su distraído personal. Muchos asiduos que usan Google no le dieron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

The sick are discriminated against here! It is known there that I am not allowed to wear a mask for health reasons and also have a certificate. Today I was approached in a very unfriendly tone by a lady that in future I would only be allowed in with a face shield. I said that I would have liked to have said that to the boss himself and that face shields are now discouraged. You know this, but still only Faceshield. I then said that I would go to another gas station in the future and got the answer "I'd love to", when I left I said that sick people were discriminated against here. Well, I won't leave a single cent there if you think the systemic relevance is being exploited at the expense of the sick.

Good and tidy. Clean, friendly and helpful. Complaint about non-functioning car wash was processed without hesitation. Everything OK.
