I'd put negative stars if I could I had this Shell gas station put on new catalytic converters about 4yrs ago not only did they over charge me but now they won't honor their 5yr warranty on the catalytic converters now that they are falling apart inside Instead the owner threatened 2 call the police on me for talking a lil loud 2 them, well yea cuz their giving me the run around & I'm getting frustrated So they may b California smog star center but don't get work done here They r extremely rude & unprofessional & will not honor any warranties in fact they do not keep records of their work & warranties they told me they kept it in a box so hold on 2 ur receipt the only way I got them 2 get the records of the work they did is bcuz of the California smog program which I'll b calling them too
