As a commercial vehicle owner and operator, I always need receipts for fuel purchases. At this Shell you never get receipts at the pumps... And it isn't because they're old or aren't designed for it, they're new pumps. But if you buy fuel here, even when you're in a hurry, you will have to go inside and stand in line to wait for a receipt. Sometimes, if lottery ticket buyers are in line, it can take a while. Not sure if the owner is too cheap to buy rolls of paper for the pump receipts or if the employees are just too lazy to keep it in the pumps, but I literally NEVER get a receipt at the pump at this store. I'm going to go somewhere else whenever I can and encourage anyone to do the same unless you have 30 - 40 minutes to waste on 5 minute fuel stop.
