Just wanted washer fluid. Two for £12 as labelled. Cashier tried to charge me £24. I Queried it and he said that's the price and the "offer" was over. Didn't purchase and left wondering how much is charged when you buy fuel too. Ie slipping in an over charge to skim a few extra quid? I hope not but the suspicion is now there.

Last night I came to buy fuel and get some coffee and a snack before getting on M4. I wanted to make a payment by card and unfortunately his till was not working on 29/9/25 I said I will pay by cash the guy goes I can’t either pay with card or cash. It’s shameful to have a petrol station at early morning and cannot buy anything. My full tanks usually around £60 plus get some coffee water snacks for 10/15£. Very upset bloody update your tills so no one else goes through this. The guy working gave me tap water in Costa cup, but after I begged him for water he said he can’t give me a bottle and take cash from me. I will make sure I never turn to this Shell pump again in my life. Shell
