Just spoke to the man on duty now 11/7/2026 , 3.10 pm , I was asking him about the room before booking and he was not interested at all to explain and hung up the phone on my face , I was ready with my card to make payment and he hung up saying he will call back , but didn’t call back . Called him again and he said he just booked that room. Very disappointed with the rude service . Management please check the phone call and take necessary action thanks Service: 1

Customer service was absolutely disgusting. Tv didn’t work no power points worked so couldn’t charge my phone or use the kettle . Given my experience at check in I did not feel comfortable reaching out about all the issues in my room. Have never ever experienced such horrid customer service and a room so poor. Service: 1

Stayed in town for an event and work booked for me. Bathroom was nice. TV was small and poor quality, bed was comfortable, food was average. (Dining room was closed so all meals delivered to the front door). One night wasnt bad, but I think the rooms need a revamp and an upgrade to really sell it as a "resort". Service: 3
