This is not the first time we have chosen to hold family meetings in Shchepka! And every time she surprises us! I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant staff for the service, atmosphere and quality of the dishes! We celebrated Mother's anniversary, the guests and the hero of the day were pleased. The banquet manager helped and advised where to accommodate our company, since almost all the tables for that day were reserved, and also recommended what was best and when to serve dishes. Special thanks to the waiter Vladimir. Very attentive and professional! And the same for other waiters-girls! Everyone is nice and attentive! Live music united all visitors. Special thanks for the cleanliness. Everyone worked like a well-coordinated team! I recommend the Sliver restaurant on R. Sorge Street. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We've been going to Shchepka since 2008 with our whole extended family. Yesterday we celebrated my wife's birthday at the restaurant. The table was pre-booked. Dear owner and manager, yesterday's service is simply a disgrace for the restaurant! My and my wife's disappointment simply cannot be expressed! 1. Hostess uniform - strange sneakers, jeans. 2. Why does a person have such a face in his wardrobe that I immediately want to turn around and leave the restaurant? It’s written on his face: “How you’ve fucked me up!” Where is your HR? How does the manager work with staff? 3. Why are guests allowed in your restaurant for corporate events? Why should guests endure this hubbub, 90s hits screaming from the stage and people dancing next to their table? Why do guests have to squeeze their way to the exit with their child among the dancing crowd? Did we come to a retro club to dance? In the end, you have a veranda, which can easily be divided into two rooms for corporate events, separate from each other and separate from other guests! We were seated close to the corporate party. Why, when booking a table, are guests not simply warned about such events and is there no buffer zone between the corporate party and other tables? 4. The quality of food is falling every year. Okay, skoblyanka and beef Stroganov have become worse for my taste, but what about the bread? Where are the buns? Why do they serve sliced bricks from the Ufa bakery instead? Have we arrived at the dining room? Mulled wine is mediocre. The point of mulled wine is not floating pieces of apples and oranges. The presentation is good. 5. There is no dry red wine in the restaurant at 6 pm. How's that? When ordering two glasses of dry red wine, no. If there are bottles, what’s stopping you from opening a bottle at a price of 400+ rubles per glass and taking into account the fact that it’s the beginning of the evening? Attention question: what was mulled wine made from? 6. French fries for the child were brought last, after the second request. 7. When booking the table, I indicated that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday. The hostess additionally asked me to congratulate my wife on her birthday, as is your custom, with a honey cake. They nodded their heads at me, said yes, of course, and did not congratulate me. The bill was brought by the girl with whom I spoke about congratulations. I believe that my criticism is objective and constructive. This is a reason for you to start a restaurant and return the state of service to the level of 2008-2015. Your guests are not interested in excuses. The evening is ruined. The mood is ruined. For the first time in 15 years, I feel sorry for the money I spent with you.
