Very rude staff. Unwilling to payout winning tab ticket after current winning ticket. Claim that this is the last transaction. "Saying that wey this is the last $500 ah no more ah" IS IT SHE UNABLE TO SPEAK POLITELY? Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I really like how it’s much quieter than it used to be. I don’t know if it’s acoustics of the current bistro or the music isn’t as loud but at least now you don’t have to shout to hear your spouse when trying to chat around the table. Staff and meals were fantastic. Bistro area is currently undergoing renovations, so atmosphere was a little bland. Would definitely choose Shepparton Club again when we are in the area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
