First time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered basil chicken, pad see ew (chicken and shrimp), eggplant basil, and salmon. They were tasty and delicious! And I will order again for sure while I'm still in the area. I'm giving 3 stars because the staff didn't include napkins! I didn't check the bag since it was tightly sealed but it's safe to assume that restaurants automatically include napkins in every to-go order (I did mark on the app to add chopsticks, but they don't have an option to add napkins! Very disappointing). My total was $92.68 so I assumed napkins were supposed to be in the bag. Tip was in cash.

New: crispy tofu is excellent! Has awesome flavor!!!! Better for me than.(thai stick, elephant thai, etc. :) I see how they survived the pandemic . Silverware a little grimy, just get extra napkins and wipe it. The flavorful food saved them from me and a bad experience. Delicious food. Green curry for me. Try it.! And as a guybuxom waitress is a bonus. Sorry!!! Keeping it real Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shine Thai Cuisine is an absolute gem tucked away in the foggy cuts of Daly City. You may be more familiar with their infamous neighbors, House of Silvanas, Chibog, and Kamameshi. It was home of AYCE & AYCD Fire Up Hot Pot that sadly didn't survive COVID. Shine Thai opened in its stead and even adopted Fire Up's induction top tables which Shine now repurposes for keeping pots of Tom Yum and Tom Kah warm at the table. Sticky sweet, savory umami, sour, and spicy - Shine Thai Cuisine hits all the notes with perfect harmony. If you love a kick as much as I do, request your spice level as "ped bab cone Thai ka". If not everyone enjoys their food #ThaiSpicy, ask for Birds Eye chilies on the side and customize the heat level to your liking. [TABLE HIGHLIGHTS] THAI ICED COFFEE - helps mellow the spicy burn MANGO SALAD Sliced mangoes, jicama, cashew nut and shrimp mixed with onion, and carrots in special sauce. TOM YUM SOUP Hot and sour soup with shrimp and mushrooms, spiced with lemongrass, kaffir lime leave, galangal, lime juice, tomatoes.
