I’ve been a number of times now and have never been disappointed. Each dish is prepared fresh on order and is always excellent. There’s plenty of combinations to choose from and specials are available every day. The staff are helpful and friendly and add to the experience with their banter, skill and advice. It’s also great value for money and I can’t recommend this place enough! Firstly this is an honest review as always, we were out in Sunderland having a look around and we stumbled upon Shinob1 , WOW WOW WOW the food is out of this world I am not exaggerating when I say this but it is actually mind blowing the care and effort taken by Obi the chef can be tasted in his food we are both keen Thai fans but this is the best tasting food we have ever had and the portion sizes won’t leave you disappointed you are full when you leave, Obi is absolutely class he asks you if you have any preferences likes or dislikes then sets about creating the dishes before your eyes it is pure theatre and great interaction take a look at the prices they are extremely good for the high standard of food that is served the best thing to do is get yourself down there and find out for yourselves you will not be disappointed he is located in the indoor market in the bridges Sunderland so to sum-up if you want quality Thai style food I would highly recommend Shinob1 cheers Obi from Andrew aka (Dave) and Dawn keep up the good work Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There is a choice of meat and vegetable dishes
