I've been to many sushi restaurants in the past decade but have very rarely found myself as surprised by the food quality alone as I was when my wife and I ate at Shio Sushi. This new sushi restaurant in the heart of downtown Sumner does not disappoint - despite the rather unassuming exterior, the food is incredible! The rolls were full of flavor, the sashimi was buttery and decadent, and the house miso soup was remarkably delicious; easily one of the top 5 best sushi restaurants in the Seattle area (yes, I'm 100% serious, it's THAT good). I cannot recommend Shio Sushi enough, and we will definitely be back! ごちそっ様でした！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
