While busy periods can be challenging, every guest should feel welcome and well looked after, and we're disappointed that this wasn't your experience.Regarding ID checks, our team must follow licensing regulations and operate a Challenge 25 policy. This means that anyone who appears under 25 may be asked to provide valid identification, regardless of whether they are dining with family members. We appreciate that this can sometimes be frustrating, but it is a requirement that our team must apply consistently.Thank you again for your honest feedback.
