On the second floor and facing the sea, the restaurant boasts a tranquil view of the bridge. As light shifts across the water, the room adopts a calm rhythm that is better suited to conversation than surprise. The dishes lean towards a restrained French style. Fish takes centre stage, with sea bream cooked to perfection, its surface set and its interior soft. Vegetables are handled with care and arranged to complement rather than adorn. Each plate is complete, with nothing left unresolved. The courses follow one another steadily. Flavours connect smoothly and the sequence is arranged so that each step follows the next without disruption. There are no breaks in the flow and no moments that stand out sharply. The structure is balanced and controlled, but does not push beyond its limits. The setting adds an element of occasion. The view of the strait creates a gentle sense of distance from everyday life, making it ideal for shared moments. At the same time, the space remains modest, never fully separating itself as a destination. The result is a restaurant defined by balance.
