The donut hose was hard like they’ve been up there for a couple of days and a cinnamon roll. The glazed doughnut was the only thing Fresh Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5

This Baton Rouge Shipley’s was a complete letdown. The kolache was badly prepared, with cheese on the outside of the bread, and the bread itself was hard instead of soft and fresh. For a place known for these items, that says a lot about the lack of quality control. The service was just as disappointing. The woman taking the order was rude and unpleasant, with no sign of basic customer service. No one forced her to work there, and customers should not have to deal with hostility just for placing an order. Poor food and poor service are a quick way to lose business, and this location is a perfect example of that. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shipley Do-nuts and the manager Karyn, did an Amazing job with the donuts for my daughter's birthday. I wanted 13 dozen donut holes with all different colors of frosting, sprinkles and flavors and they delivered! It was perfect for our Donut theme morning party and they not only looked great, they tasted great too! I will be using this store for any future donuts for sure!
