I reluctantly write this review because I had a fairly high opinion of Shizen. But unfortunately this evening I have to confirm what is rumored about the reduction in quality and above all in the restaurant staff. After receiving an INEDIBLE dish, the waiter (after complaining all evening, huffing and loudly exclaiming unpleasant things) rudely threw it in the bin in front of us! Rudely and rudely! I went to point out to the cashier both the absolutely inappropriate behavior of the staff and the quality of the dish, but after many useless justifications I was almost guilty of having removed some ingredients from the dish which could have made it less tasty than it could have been, INGREDIENTS REMOVED AS I AM CELIAC OR ALLERGIC!!!!!!! And to conclude it all, the dish, which was tasted to say the least, was added to the bill and without the slightest consideration for the customer who had had a very unpleasant dinner! I confirm that this restaurant deserves one star today and that we will never set foot in it again! Last night I had dinner in this place with 6 other friends and we found that the quality of the food had worsened a lot compared to our previous experiences. After asking for changes on some dishes for ALLERGY reasons, we were brought the wrong roll, and subsequently not remade but simply the unrequested ingredients were removed. The waiter with graying hair and light eyes had an inappropriate attitude for the entire duration of the dinner, constantly huffing and complaining about the requests. When yet another wrong dish arrived, the dish was rudely thrown in the garbage in front of us. After this umpteenth lack of respect for the customer, we went to the cash register to complain, where we were greeted by a rude and unprofessional waitress. He accused us and didn't listen, justifying his colleague's behavior. Furthermore, the dish NOT EATEN was still put on the bill and charged anyway. Experience NOT TO BE REDORED. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
