I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the behavior of a Saudi staff member named Marwa. I am a rider, and I have personally experienced very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior from her. Not only with me, but she also treats many other riders and even customers in an unacceptable manner. Her way of speaking creates tension, disrespect, and discomfort in the workplace and negatively affects the company’s image. As riders, we work hard under pressure and expect at least basic respect and professional communication. Unfortunately, her repeated behavior goes against these values. Many riders are unhappy and disturbed because of this issue. I kindly request the management to seriously investigate this matter and take appropriate action. For the betterment of the working environment and customer service, it would be best if she is removed from this position. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously. Yours sincerely, Rider reza shobak location Al awali time 5:48pm
