The teriyaki chicken and mayo chicken with rice is always a winner, so good! I’ve been here many times and the food and service are always top notch. They even gave me extra mayo for free! Definitely a go-to favourite. Food: 5 Service: 5

On April 10th at around 11:10 AM, I had an experience that I found unprofessional. I paid using coins and ensured I was polite and organized throughout the transaction. I carefully counted the money before handing it over to avoid any confusion and to make the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, the staff member told me, “Can you please be fast because other people are waiting?” while I was still in the process of paying. This made me feel rushed and unnecessarily pressured, even though I was already being careful and efficient. The customer behind me also indicated that they were willing to wait. Using coins is a completely valid form of payment, and I do not believe it justifies this kind of tone or pressure towards a customer who is cooperating and being respectful. Overall, I felt the interaction lacked professionalism and patience. I hope staff can handle similar situations more appropriately in the future. Good food, really good food. Poor service overall. They barely have costumers and the two ladies rushed me to make my food selection while I was seeing what menu they had till I said “I am thinking, give me time.” They say it four times. It is my first time eating here so of course I had no idea what they offered. I asked for takeaway. They put my food in a box then I changed my mind (my fault), then asked them to put it on a plate. They said “No cannot. We put your food in the box already. Put it in the plate yourself.” Then handed me a plate. One of the ladies, the beautiful one, was smiling, the other one was visibly upset. Not very Japanese or asian typical friendliness. March 29, 2026. 13:45 shift. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
