This restaurant truly doesn't deserve any stars. I have eaten from this restaurant on a few other occasions when it was a different manager. There was never an issue ordering my food. Today, the host says let me speak with the manager to see if we can accommodate your request. The host returned and stated that manager said no problem. Everything I ordered yesterday, Tuesday March 17, 2025 has been the same meal items the exact same way I have ordered previously. Then the host says to me you are the reason we have changed the way we let people order food and substitutions being allowed. They have actually had to make order twice on previous occasions. Not an error on my behalf but there's and the kitchen. I said people have food allergies. Then the smart ass manager and host had the audacity to try to get loud with me. Well today they had the wrong person. I may be just one person but it has to be known about restaurants, stores, and anywhere else any of us are being serviced and spending our money. The worst unpleasant experience because of the rude manager host, and poor customer service. It was disappointing because carryout or dining out should feel welcoming, but instead it felt uncomfortable and frustrating. I DEFINITELY won't ever go back or recommend this place based on the service alone. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food at this restaurant. They prepared without much care. My food was overcooked, making the overall meal inconsistent and unappealing. Presentation was also underwhelming, and nothing looked particularly fresh. For the price of $101.00 , I expected much better quality and attention to detail. The extreme rudeness of the manager and host alone is enough to keep me from going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a satisfying, fresh prepared meal this not the place under any circumstances.
