Visiting Le Shogun Sushi in Bordeaux was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and it quickly became one of those places you remember for all the right reasons. The restaurant blends a warm, relaxed atmosphere with high‑quality Japanese cuisine, making it a great choice whether you’re going out for a casual dinner or looking for a reliable sushi spot in the area. The menu offers a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and classic Japanese dishes, all prepared with noticeably fresh ingredients. The sushi in particular stands out: the fish is tender, flavorful, and well‑balanced, and the rolls are crafted with care rather than overloaded or messy. You can tell the kitchen prioritizes quality over quantity, which makes the whole meal feel more refined. Many guests highlight the delicious flavors and the consistency of the dishes, and my experience matched that completely. The service is another strong point. The staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. They create a comfortable environment where you can take your time and enjoy your meal. Even during busier hours, the team stays organized and polite, which adds to the overall positive impression. The restaurant also maintains a clean, pleasant dining space, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the evening. Overall, Le Shogun Sushi is a solid choice for anyone craving Japanese food in Bordeaux. With fresh ingredients, well‑executed dishes, and warm service, it delivers a satisfying dining experience that makes you want to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €90–100
