Great place, nice for groups, call ahead , reasonable prices, good food and entertaining, clean place, easy access from Tollway. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So much fun! The chef had us jamming to some top hits and the waiter gave us a little glimpse of his dancing moves! Food was great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just got home from this Shogun Japanese Hibachi Sushi Hotpot Bar , we are very disappointed , to start off, our waiter Erika was great but the Chef who prepared the Hibachi ...We give him a -1 star, he does not deserve any stars at all. Our sitting location at the grill was the last 2/ and that did not help at all, reason we say this is, when the rice/and the vegetables where cooked, my spouse and I got the last portion and it was HALF of what the other 7 people got , and 3 of them where kids no more the 9-10 years old only. He served all 3 kids like they were adults, WHY ???? So what we got was what ever he had left. The Chef told me that he noticed that he messed up and was going to make more for us , but he NEVER did. Then when our meats where cooked, chicken / shrimp /scallops .. Same thing , he undercut us since we were the last in line, I paid almost 20.00 for scallops , the Chef cook, gave the first person about 10 scallops and all I got was 3 1/2 scallops only.., he new he messed up but never corrected this. For the shrimp ? He undercut us also with the shrimp, he noticed he did , and had to go get more from the kitchen and cooked more for us, I noticed that the reason he messed up was because he gave extra shrimp to other people on the table that NEVER ordered shrimp. WHATS UP WITH THAT ???We left there VERY disappointed, this is our FIRST time to Shogun and we assure you it will be the last time we go... If you want a Japanese Hibachi Sushi Grill that gives you enough food and does it right, we recommend HANA Hibachi & Sushi in Proper Tx. We have gone there several times and is worth every dollar spent. Hope this info helps. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for taking the time to write the detail reviews. Base upon the details we were able to check all orders and the security camera. Our price of Teppanyaki Scallop is $29.95 and the price of scallop of our combo dinner is $19.95. The price and the amount of scallops are definitely different. You might not be aware of that. So the portion of the scallops were correct. However the chef forgot about the 2 grill schrimps for each of your orders that was right. He did take 4 shrimps from kitchen and cooked for you. We talked to him about the veggies and advised him to distribute the food according the orders. We are very sorry for your disappointed visit. Wish you the best. Thanks!
