The shrimp boil was ok. Needed more salt. And more spice as had requested. Garlic noodles was tasteless too. Tasted like regular fried noodles with not much garlic. Beignet was good though. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I got the 1 lb shrimp boil. There was plenty of shrimp and it looked beautiful but the flavor of the sauce was not right. Perhaps too much garlic or something. It almost had a soapy taste. 12 hours later and still have that soapy garlic taste and not feeling well. Something is off with this place..

I am not always one to leave a review unless a company blows my mind this is the place to do it! I personally have been coming to shrimp shack in food lab since I was a little girl and every time I visit from out of state, I make sure to stop here every time! Not only are the owners so inviting and sweet. They go out of their way to perfect every dish out of their kitchen. Tonight was a release of this new Hawaiian roll dessert they created. I was honored to be the first one to try it. Let me tell yall!!!! Out of this world. If I could give more stars, I would. Keep up the amazing work! I’ll be back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
