I am only writing this here because solitaire social closed down apparently and I can’t review them. I went in and ordered an ice cream from the kiosk at the front. After a few minutes of not hearing anything, I went around to the different vendors I had ordered from. One vendor had our food in a heater and didn’t notify us that the food was ready. Another vendor didn’t actually have what I wanted but gave me a refund. Shuga x Ice was open when we arrived but closed before giving me my order. I tried to request a refund from the store manager/owner and he gave me his email and I haven’t heard back. I’m sure the ice cream is amazing but because I didn’t get my order, I want my money back.

We truly understand your frustration, and we want to sincerely apologize for your experience.To clarify, Shuga x Ice was required to suddenly shut down operations due to the permanent closure of Solaire Social by building management, which affected all vendors inside the food hall. Unfortunately, the kiosk system was still active and accepting orders even after we were forced to close, which led to some orders (like yours) being placed without our team being onsite to fulfill them.We were heartbroken to receive this news with less than 48 hours' notice and had to vacate quickly. This situation was completely out of our control, but your experience still matters to us and we’d love to see you in the future.Thank you for your patience and understanding during this sudden transition.
