The customer service today at the sub bar was absolutely appalling. They were rude to my friend and they were snappy when asking for the options. I usually understand off days and I understand feeling miserable doing food service work, but taking it out on your customers is not okay. For the most part, the customer service elsewhere at the commons is good. There are a couple people at the sub bar that are also really nice and friendly. The food is decent and it's a quick bite with healthy options.Edit: Most of the people at night are nice and it's really a few bad apples during the day that have soured the experience.
