I'm not normally in this part of town so we randomly chose this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the Pad Thai. I know it's one of the most commonly ordered dishes at Thai restaurants, but realistically if they can't get that right, they shouldn't be in business. Well, this place got it right. In fact, it was some of the best Pad Thai I have ever had. My wife had stir fried rice which she really enjoyed so we both had a nice experience. The dining area was clean and nicely decorated. I didn't visit the restroom so I cannot comment on that. The restaurant is in a strip mall. We came in the late afternoon but there seamed to be ample parking. The waitress was very nice but sometimes disappeared for a while. All in all, I do recommend this restaurant. I got lucky, I’ve never been to Siam Casa Thai Cuisine before and it was delicious! I had the Tom Kai soup and Green Curry with brown rice. The restaurant is clean and very well run. The food came quickly and perfectly flavored. It seems like a local spot as there we a lot of Asian customers along with groups of workers from local businesses. Well done Siam Cuisine, you deserve 5 stars.
