A Vegan Thai Delight: Siam Purity in Broadbeach Nestled in the bustling Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Siam Purity offers a refreshing twist on traditional Thai cuisine with its fully vegan menu. My best friend and I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem, and it was truly an extraordinary culinary experience. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the restaurant's charming ambiance. The space is adorned with lush plants and offers a lovely view, creating a serene atmosphere that transports you away from the busy shopping center. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide array of vegan interpretations of classic Thai dishes. We started with the crispy spring rolls and curry puffs, both housemade and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail in these appetizers set the tone for what was to come. For our main courses, we opted for the green curry and pad thai. The green curry was a harmonious blend of creamy coconut milk, aromatic herbs, and perfectly cooked vegetables. The pad thai, a staple of Thai cuisine, was expertly prepared with just the right balance of sweet, sour, and savory notes. What truly sets Siam Purity apart is their innovative use of mock meats.
