I came from Jeddah to Taif, and a sign caught my attention, which made me come in and dine because of its unique and colorful ambiance—from the outside to the inside. The shop has an amazing interior design; it’s aesthetic and Instagrammable. My friend and I decided to try the burgers. However, one downside of this restaurant is the service. The waiting time was long due to a lack of staff, with many pending orders in the queue. Our order was served after more than 30 minutes. The production is very slow, and there was only one cashier who was also preparing the orders. I was really disappointed with the service, although it’s not the crew’s fault. The management might need to improve staffing by increasing the number of crew members to speed up the service. They also need a manager or supervisor to oversee operations. For now, it’s a sign not to come back unless there are improvements in the service. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
