I stopped by Single Origin Bakery for a quick breakfast and was instantly amazed by the beautiful selection of freshly baked goods. The display was full of a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts, along with a selection of coffee to complement them. Everything looked tempting, making it hard to choose! I ended up ordering a cheese croissant, almond croissant, and a Danish—all of which were absolutely delicious. The croissants were perfectly flaky and buttery, and the almond croissant had just the right balance of sweetness and crunch. My friend mentioned that the cheese flavor in the Danish was quite strong, so it’s something to keep in mind depending on your taste. To go with our pastries, we ordered a hot Spanish latte (single shot), which was smooth, rich, and served at the perfect temperature—just the way I like it. There’s a small dine-in corner with wooden furniture, overlooking the street, giving off a cozy, European-style breakfast café vibe. It’s a charming spot to sit, enjoy a pastry, and watch the world go by. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
