Es una gran experiencia para los sentidos el ir a este restaurante.
El lugar está increíble, con un ambiente de lo más agradable.
La comida ni se diga, es maravillosa! Se disfruta mucho más la experiencia culinaria si se hace el maridaje con los vinos que son deliciosos.
También el servicio es fenomenal.

I took my wife to Healdsburg's SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn to experience the 3 Michelin Restaurant and 5 Room Inn. We tried the the 9-course dinner in a special hot pot cooked in handmade donabes and Hokkaido Style Seafood Miso and included the wine pairing. We also booked one of the five rooms and it was fabulous as the offerings in the room was top notch which included Pliny beer, wine, treats, spiced chocolate and ice cream. They also offer complimentary menu items like oysters, meat and cheese plates that can be enjoyed in the room, the study inside or outside on the beautiful rooftop. The room had a nice fireplace, full size soaking tub with an awesome lemon soap bar and salts for the water. Let's not forget the top of the line Toto bidet. We really enjoyed the Hokkaido dinner and being able to go upstairs and relax in our room and experience all the amazing service of the entire staff from start to end. Our dinner was top notch and presented beautifully, Our sommelier made our wine experience special and all the servers paced the 9 courses perfectly. What made it even more special is that they could provide this experience in the parking lot in a tent to which all I can say is wow, what a way to escape the last year, we loved the design decorations and atmosphere. If you want a top tier experience stay here, we loved it.
