Antes de ayer por la noche fuimos a cenar, dos de los platos que pedimos no estaban frescos, se notaba que los habían recalentado y estaban aceitosos, desde entonces llevamos dos días con náuseas, diarrea y sin poder comer nada, teniendo que tomar suero.

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Sirius inside the East Star Hotel. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming, and the service was flawless the entire evening — attentive without being overbearing and genuinely warm. I started with the miso soup with salmon, which was far from ordinary. It came with fresh cilantro and a vibrant spicy red sauce on the side that elevated every bite and added a bold, fresh kick. I paired it with the Aviation cocktail, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve had — perfectly balanced, smooth, and beautifully presented. For the entrée, I ordered the grilled dorado fish, and it completely stole the show. The menu labeled it as spicy, though I personally found it more rich and savory than hot, which I actually preferred. The fish was cooked flawlessly — tender, flaky, and packed with flavor. It was topped with crispy garnishes that added amazing texture, and the burnt orange sauce drizzled over the top brought everything together with a smoky citrus depth that made the dish unforgettable. Every plate looked thoughtfully crafted, and the attention to detail really stood out. Between the incredible food, polished presentation, and exceptional hospitality, this ended up being one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Sirius is absolutely worth visiting, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Went around 2:00 during the lunch-dinner lull so was the only table there the whole time. Very quiet and relaxing.
