My wife and I decided to try out Sizzle Shack since we were looking for a new place to eat and we were not disappointed at all! The menu doesn’t have a large variety, mostly a few different burgers and chicken sandwiches, as well as two types of fries, but we liked that because it made choosing our food quick and easy. They do offer a variety of dipping sauces which is nice and the special sauce is fantastic! We both got the Shack Smash, I on a bun and my wife on a lettuce wrap. It was phenomenal! The meat was cooked well (no pink but still super juicy) and the overall flavor was delicious. As far as lettuce wraps go, Sizzle Shack does a pretty good one, too, which is a plus for anyone looking for low-carb options. As for the fries, I thought they were nice and crisp with great flavor. There was some sort of seasoning on them that made them pop. The service was maybe slightly above average, but they were still kind and answered my questions and then got the food out quickly so that was nice. Still 5 stars because there was nothing bad to report. I read a review saying this is Charlottesville’s best burger and while I can’t say I’ve had them all, this was certainly the best I’ve had!
