Absolutely terrible food, chicken was so dry! I never normally complain after working in the hospitality industry and knowing how annoying it is, however I may as well thrown this in the bin. Manager was not very helpful and asked to collect, inspected the contents at the door and even tried to argue that it was ok. At which point it wasn't about the refund more to the point of the lack of acknowledgement of how bad it really was. No manager would come to someone's house to argue about their food, and like I said, if it was nice I would have eaten it! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No problem with sizzlers last 10+ years but the last 2 orders have been shocking paid for large kebab and both times got 3 of 4 bits of meat. Portion size has been cut dramatically and really bad value or money now
