They need to learn what gluten free means. I am a coeliac and asked do they have gluten free meals. After looking on the menu i asked for the hamburger gluten free. 2 hours later i was extremely unwell. When my partner went there the next day to tell them of the incident he was told I didn't ask for a gluten free pattie so it was my fault. I didn't want to cause a problem, only warn them so others wouldn't suffer but my partner had to leave so he didn't lose his temper, there wasn't even an apology. Be aware coelics.

We visited Slate Gallery Cafe for lunch today. Our table was positioned in the shade under a tree, perfect for such a warm day. Our lunch was delicious and my coffee made perfectly. Thanks Amanda & Trev for another great experience at your venue. We'll definitely be back!

Shocking! When is it OK, to sniffle, sneeze into your hand and continue to help prepare coffees! Never, this is disgusting. How many people did this older woman infect today? Heaps, we left before our order was ready, we were so disgusted.
