Best place to get innards (well, meat in general) in Baguio! It's actually a bunch of restos/carinderias lined up within the vicinity of the city slaughter house. A local recommended that I go to Balajadia for papaitan so that's where I went. Weekday lunch, so it wasn't crowded. Service was fast and friendly. The goat papaitan was perfect for the weather! This place is as authentic as it can get... took out one star for a 6-legged creature hanging out near my water bottle (starts with an i, ends with an s), but that's not gonna stop me from coming back here! Vegetarian options: They do have vegetable dishes available, but from the name itself, expect the meat dishes to be in spotlight. Parking: The basketball court where the carinderias are located served as the parking lot. It's very limited, but there are always people assisting and they even go from resto to resto to look for the vehicle owner if your vehicle has to be moved.
