If you order food in the morning, it's good to know that we start picking up at 9:30, if you call at 11-12:00, it's understandable that we can't deliver the food immediately after the phone call, but we can handle the volume of orders, as I already wrote, within an hour and in the case of longer waiting times, we will inform you about the wait directly when ordering. We carry food in bags and packaging, but we are sorry if it gets cold and we will be careful about it in the future. We put a lot of emphasis on the quality of the food, according to you, water sauce is a natural sauce, where we can satisfy a large number of customers, how much thickening with flour or similar is not our style. Dobry den Rastislav, mrzí nás Vaša nedávna skúsenosť s našou reštauráciou. Čerstvé jedlá sú narozdiel od hotových jedál náročnejšie na prípravu a vždy sa ich snažíme pripraviť v čo najkratšom čase. Pri vašej objednávke Vám bolo oznámene, že budete čakat približne 30 minút a je nám lúto, že to trvalo dlhšie. Do halušiek pridávame pravú slovenskú bryndzu, ktorá je prirodzene slaná a podľa vačšiny zákazníkov je jedlo takto správne dochutené. Veríme, že nás opäť navštívite.
